Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona wanted to provide Arizonans with a resource for understanding various concepts around the sometimes complicated health insurance marketplace. The team developed a series of animated videos to accomplish this goal. Steve designed multiple characters, storyboarded the videos, then animated and edited the final pieces.
